Why aren't all of my Photo's on my Apple devices are appearing on my Windows PC under iCloud Photo's?

Not all of Photo's on my Apple devices are appearing on my Windows PC under ICloud Photo's

All the settings on the devices appear correct yet I have some photo;s missing. Yet all have shown up on my Microsoft One Drive directory.

What would you suggest I need to change.?

If you have Photostream enabled then any photos older than 30 days will be removed.

Make sure you have iCloud Photo Library enabled on all devices. I would also recommend signing out and then back into your iCloud account on all devices. Sometimes things just need a little push to re-sync.
