how to Export pictures to Iphone with cloud share on..

i m new to I phone..
i have 1 gb pictures in my laptop
can any one help me how i can move this pictures to iphone? with colud share on?

i want to move this pictures to iphone and then i want to upload it to icloud.
when i turn on icloud photo sharing all my moved pictures by itunes will be deleted..

is there any way to move this pictuers?

Since you have a laptop, why don't you just login to the iCloud website (I assume you have an iCloud account), upload the pics directly to iCloud and then those pics will get synced to your iPhone, if iCloud and iCloud Photo Library is configured and enabled on it.

Bear in mind those photos you sync to your phone can not be deleted on the phone. They would have to be deleted on the computer.
