How do I restore Lost my iPhone in iCloud?

Have Icloud lost iphone and setup lost phone on icloud

I setup the lost phone to find the phone and it was offline. I was concerned about this process because I could not turn off the lost phone option. So, I deleted the phone from Iphone lost. Is there anyway that I can turn the lost phone(restore previous option) back on for this phone so I can monitor the phone if it is turned on?
Note this iphone is still listed under my devices and I think this phone is still in my house and my granddaughter got her hands on it and dropped it someplace.

If the device is still listed in iCloud, then you should be able to enable lost mode. Having said that, until the device is powered on, it will not be located.
