I have iCloud enabled but nothing seems to appear in it?

I have iCloud enabled but nothing seems to appear in it

on opening iCloud drive there are 2 untitled folders but with nothing in them. Do i have to do something to transfer things into them?

Either drag and drop onto one of the folders or copy and paste. Whichever is easiest for you. Treat it like you would any other folder.
