iCloud storage downgrade not changing?

I tried to downgrade my iCloud storage plan from 200gb to 50gb but it's not doing anything. Do I have to wait until my current month is up? It says that I need to change before 4/7/16. I did but the current plan isn't changing even though I selected the downgrade to 50gb.

It will switch automatically once your current month ends.
