I lost my iTunes and iCloud password, how can I recover it?

Lost Itune Icloud password

My mother forgot her password to her old comcast email address which is her user name for the I cloud. When they send a new code it goes to that e mail address that she has no password for. She doesnt remember any of her security questions either. She is 83. How can I get her current E mail address as her I cloud user name? do I have to call apple? is there a CS number for apple?

Often times Comcast uses the last name + address number @ comcast. net
