Trying to restore from iCloud shows wrong backup data

I'm upgrading from an iphone 4s to a 5s. I just backed up manually on my 4s. At setup on the 5s, I sign in to my iCloud account to restore from a backup. On the 5s it does not show any backup data from my 4s. It's showing old backups from my old iPhone 4, nothing current from the 4s. I logged into iCloud on my computer using the same username password and it shows my current iPhone 4s there and says my most current backup is the one I made a few minutes ago. Why can't I see the 4s backups on my 5s as I try to restore to the new phone?

I don't know. Are both devices running the latest iOS version? Anyway, create another iCloud backup via your iPhone 4S and then see if that one displays when you attempt to restore it to your iPhone 5S. If not, just use iTunes.
