On Mac settings iCloud settings. Where is the notes icon?

On mac settings iCloud settings

On mac settings for iCloud there is icons for mail, contacts, etc but no notes icon. Why?

Notes icon shows up for me in OS X 10.11.2 in the iCloud settings. May have to scroll down to see the Notes icon as its toward the bottom.
