My family has several devices on iCloud. 3 iPhones, 3 iPads, and 1 iPod. A questionable webpage was added to my reading list, and I was wondering if it was remotely added or if it was added from the actual computer where I discovered it. And, even more importantly, is there a time stamp?

Im not 100% on this but I believe the website could of been added from any device using the same iCloud account as your own, and is not time stamped. This is the downside of allowing others use of your iCloud account, the device believe's everything is being done by the same owner.
If you want to check which devices are synced to yours then on each device using your iCloud account go to Settings/iCloud and see if "Safari" is switched on. Might help narrow things down.
