    Reboot your iPad and try again. Make sure your iPad is connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi.

    Do you mean it's stuck updating to iCloud? Is this the first time you have ever backed up to the cloud? If so then this can take a very long time so make sure it's plugged in on charge.
