    i bought an apple watch from someone and when i try to activate it. it needed the person's icloud email and password. is there any way i can bypass it or set up my own icloud to use the watch

    You need to get the previous owner to remove that information.

    Or get your money back.

    It cannot be bypassed.

    Welcome to iMore! If it's anything like the activation lock on the iPhone there is no way to unlock the device without the previous user's login.
