Recently purchased iPhone 6S...agent loaded my iTunes purchased movies to iCloud. Have followed steps to download so I can watch and none will work or if they do open there is NO sound.

Why would there be a need to load your "iTunes purchased movies" to iCloud when they are readily available to you via the purchased section of iTunes? All you have to do is tap on the cloud icon next to whatever movie you want to download and watch. To the ones that you were able to download and watch, did you check the volume buttons and/or mute switch?
