How do you delete a not verified iCloud account with no password

How do you delete a not verified iCloud account with no password because I forgot my password and I want to delete it and it's not verified I tried really hard but I can't work it I don't have a Mac too.

I don't think you can delete it if you it's not verified and you have forgotten the password. You can contact Apple, but for security reasons I don't think they will be able to help either.
