    I have converted an iPhoto library to an Apple Photos library. How do I merge this Photos library with my iCloud Photos Library? The name of my converted library is 1st trip to OTB.photoslibrary. I converted an earlier iPhoto library to Photos and was asked if I wished to create an iCloud Photos Library. I answered yes. I wasn't asked when I converted the 2nd iPhoto library. The second library resides on an external hard drive.
