    I still haven't found a clear answer to this question.
    iOS 8 backs up photos and videos to iCloud.
    Do these photos and videos remain on the icloud servers and accessible if deleted from the device?
    For instance to redownload or for safe keeping without taking up space.
    If so, how are they accessed?
