How will sharing work on iCloud Drive?

Does anyone know how sharing will work on iCloud drive? I am tempted to get more storage but curious as to how it will work with two different people on iOS devices. I believe its linked to your iCloud account. If so, can someone with a different account, like your wife, access the drive on an iOS device?

It is linked to your specific account and no one will have access to the data stored in your iCloud Drive unless you give them access to it. Right now, until Yosemite is released, the only way to access your iCloud Drive is by logging in to the iCloud website via a computer or via an iCloud Drive compatible app like Scanner Pro that you have given access to. See the screenshot I just took from within the Scanner Pro app after scanning a chewing gum container.

Thank you! I figured it was account specific... Was hoping it could be incorporated into family sharing or similar.
