I don't think most people are going to think to put these types of things in their will or their password but with everything going on now a days I am sure a sharp lawyer showing Apple a legitimate reason they might just allow it. I am not for it ...Just sayin.

Only if you have proof of purchase and ID. Sometimes this happens by accident.

They don't bypass it for you no matter what which i think is ridiculous even with proof of purchase I don't think they will
