    Hi, I seem to have lost my Contacts and Calenders from Outlook. They are still on my iCloud devices Iphone and Ipad 3.. How can I get them back into Outlook 2010?

    Looking at the iCloud control panel it seems to imply that syncing is one way..from Outlook to iCloud, can I use iCloud to sync back to Outlook?

    I'm afaraid that if I just say ok to sync it will sync my empty contacts and calenders to iCloud and then I've lost the lot.
