Problems restoring from iCloud backup

Ive literally just had my iPad 2 replaced at the Apple store and I'm trying to log into iCloud on the set up screen to restore from a backup. When I'm doing this it throws and error saying my username or password is incorrect even though I know 100% that it's the correct password. HELP! :confused:

Turn off the device then turn it back on and try again. Make sure it is giving you the option to 'restore from iCloud backup'.

As long as you're exchanging them in the Apple Store.... try getting another one if
