Iphone & Outlook synch to iCloud getting items over 2 weeks to show up

My husband has Windows 7 and after hours of trying we finally got the calendar to sync to his iphone. There was something somewhere to click so that anything prior to 2 weeks didn't show. Obviously this was clicked and now I can't find it and he needs that info on there.

Anyone out there know what to do to get it to show prior items? I spent greater than 4 hours on this and now can't even remember where it was.

I assume you can't see events older than two weeks on the phone (not on the computer, right?).
Go to Settings - Mail, Contacts, Calendars - scroll to the botton of the screen and you'll see the calendar options. The one you're interested in is called "Sync".
