Lost Everything iWork related during @me to iCloud Transfer

And here I thought I did everything right. I transfered my @me account following the instructions on the site. Activated iCloud account appropriately and lost all my Pages files and Numbers files. Now even when I make a new one or upload from another cloud service it won't push from iCloud to my Pad or Pod.

Anyone have any suggestions?
