Photo Stream bug - need help

I had two empty photo stream albums on my iPhone. I shut down photo stream on Aperture and on the iPhone. I reset it in iCloud. One of them deleted, the other one still remains. I had a couple mac account so I reset the photo stream on those as well, just in case, but the empty album is still there with photo stream turned off.

Any ideas on how I can just delete it? Seems buggy.
