iCloud Syncing

Now what things actually sync with iCloud? i.e. Notes, Mail etc. Also, will there be a web interface so that I will be able to transfer photos to iPhoto bc my iMac is not compatible with getting Lion.

We've heard of their being web apps for iCloud. like accessing your @me.com email from online, but as far as photostream etc. being accessed via web we dont know yet.
