MobileMe on iphone

Hi, I am trying to sync omni focus on my iphone with mobile me. I have mobileme on a trial basis. Here's my problem, on the apple help page it says this:

2. Sync Your Data with MobileMe

* In System Preferences, select MobileMe and sign in. If you see the .Mac logo instead, select .Mac and sign in. Follow onscreen instructions if they appear.

My question is: In "system preferences" where? on my iphone? in itune? I can't find it in either place.
