Hello,
I Have a question for people who have two Homepods setup to work in Stereo.
Has anyone heard soundstage depth with your HomePods where instruments sound like they are coming from not only a different location than where the speakers are placed but also behind or in front of the speaker itself almost an audible 3d effect or as if there were people in the room playing instruments at different locations.
I've only heard this effect once at an audio show in a hotel where you went around to different rooms where mostly expensive high end systems were demonstrated. One particular room had two Swedish made Larsen speakers playing Jazz on vinyl, I was amazed how the music seemed to came from different parts of the room with the two speakers in this case sat against a wall.
I'm wondering if the Homepods with their 360 design and digital processor adjusting for room acoustics can produce this sound.
Thanks!
This is a similar set up to what I heard
