HomeKit on macOS says does stuff but says there's a problem

Hello. When I tell Siri on macOS that "Siri, please turn on <room name>", it does turn on the lights, but it says there's been a problem, please try again. It's driving me crazy.

My iPhone does the same with some accessories.
I’ve learned to ignore these kind of issues.
