    I have been walking 2-3 miles a day and averaging 7-8000 steps a day since my brother passed. After becoming a heart patient in 2017, I have shed over 65 pounds and have improved my heart functions which I attribute to exercise and eating healthy food.

    Since my twin brother passed in May, I have made I promise to keep going forward and life a long life in memory of my brother Don.

    Great result! Congratulations! Keep it up! As for me, sport was never a part of my life. Some health issues made me exercise. I also started with walking as something more was too exhausting for me. Now I try to exercise at least 3 times a week, and based on the info I discovered here, running is universal exercise for general health, so I try not to miss it. I try to follow a healthy regiment with diet and exercising.
