Trouble logging into MFP

Ever since upgrading to the XS I can no longer log into MFP from my phone. I can log into my account from a computer and my old phone but not the new phone. I have tried Uninsalling the app and reinstalling but that hasn't worked. Below is a picture of the error I get. I have contacted MFP but it's been two weeks with and still no Any ideas of what I can do?

You could change the password for MyFitnessPal on your computer and see if that works on the iPhone.
