    Share with the community you work out routine, screen shots of routine or plan sheet is great to share with the community.

    I have been using Strong Lifts 5X5 routine for the past year and I am sticking with it as it's simple and effective.. So far.....

    The StrongLifts 5×5 program consists of two workouts…

    Workout A: Squat, Bench Press, Barbell Row
    Workout B: Squat, Overhead Press, Deadlift

    I use two apps for my workouts, seven and 5k. Both cardio base workouts.

    I wake up, drink water, then go jogging, after that I eat, then go to gym, after gym I drink proteion coctail. I do it every day
