Share with the community you work out routine, screen shots of routine or plan sheet is great to share with the community.

I have been using Strong Lifts 5X5 routine for the past year and I am sticking with it as it's simple and effective.. So far.....

The StrongLifts 5×5 program consists of two workouts…

Workout A: Squat, Bench Press, Barbell Row
Workout B: Squat, Overhead Press, Deadlift

I am looking for a best winter fitness routine...as I am a 75 kgs overgrown animal I need a suitable plan to make me a little less like a monster and more like a human
