What's your longest 'move' ring streak?

While I usually crush my exercise and stand goals daily, not sure I've ever had a significant move ring streak. Maybe 10 days in a row or so, but certainly not a month!

Have you ever hit 30 days in a row? or more?

I'm currently at 58 days (it'll be 59 by the end of the day), but I had to reset my phone 59 days ago, so it'd be longer. Going back to the day after Christmas, if I owned the watch that long.

A follow-up question may be, "What is your move goal?" When I started wearing the watch, it was 660 calories, but after my first week it suggested bumping up to 1000. Um, no, I don't think so. I started setting mine at 600 per day in March, and I go up by 10 calories each month (so, right now it's set to 610.) Maybe that makes a difference?

Your calorie goal definitely makes a difference. I never go more than 6-7 days without breaking the streak because I'm so active. I make sure I get a rest day every week so allow my body to recover.

My calorie goal is set at 600 (maybe 700, I don't remember) and I usually get 715-850 per day. I'm a 5'4" female that weighs 115-120lbs, so that is a lot of activity for me to burn that many active calories.

Move streaks aren't that important to me. It's more important for me to rest my body regularly.

A week ago Wednesday ended my 80 day streak. The hardest part was the 1300 active calories. I finally needed a rest and now I am on a 7 day streak.

632 days. I may be slightly obsessive/compulsive. :)

A follow-up question may be, "What is your move goal?"

And a follow-up question to that is what does it take to move that ring because the better the condition you're in, the harder it is to burn active calories. I've done runs with colleagues who get twice the calorie burn for the same distance.

Good point. I know it takes me about a 4.25 mile run to burn 600 active calories. I'm a lot slower than I used to be, though.

This makes my point perfectly. Your "burn rate" is approximately 141 calories per mile. Last week, I ran 33.16 miles and logged 2891 active calories, and that's 87 calories per mile. To get your target of 600 calories, I'd have to run almost 7 miles.

Mine started at 748 calories in September and has increased. My longest streak was 12 days but the holidays really messed up my workouts. I am back on my grind and I hope to shatter that streak.
