Has anyone got the new iPhone (6) running any version of 8 (.02 or .1) to record cycling data? Mine counts steps, stairs and all manner of other things but it won't record my daily commute.
My 6 Plus combined with Map My Ride app has worked perfectly for me, but the health app has not be able to work properly...I had another knee procedure a couple of weeks back so I haven't ridden since then so I don't know if 8.1 has fixed that.

Who had one of these? The Wheelie Bike was first introduced in 1963 by Scwhinn. They remained popular until giving way to the BMX style bike in the late '70's. It's been making a comeback amongst baby boomers as a collector item, bringing in hundreds. I have to admit, these were fun bikes.

I remember riding something like that from Schwinn, banana seat for sure. Think it was red with metallic flakes.

I saw a really obese man riding a bike like that during the summer...it was pretty humorous to see, and he just looked like he was having the time of his life!

Used to race XC, now ride for fun. Switch up between flats and clipped in every few months for variety.

Rode 59 minutes today along the Hike and Bike Trail, and for the first time on the recently opened Boardwalk over the lake. Why 59 minutes? I just rode without a watch or cycling computer, and turned around about when it felt like I had been gone about 1/2 hour. My iPhone 6+ was in the Camelbak, so couldn't see it. (exact ride metrics 59:06, 9.13 miles). Near perfect weather in the mid-60s and light breeze.

Trails were not too busy, although a few areas were washed out due to recent heavy rains. Not a problem on an MTB, but today's ride was on the touring bike. Need to get back down there soon and make the full loop around the lake. Wasn't possible to do so safely (required risky riding on busy streets) before.

The weather has prevented me from getting any legitimate rides in for going on 2 months now, and I am absolutely miserable because of that. I simply cannot WAIT for the warmer spring weather to return!
