    Wednesday worked out my shoulders using free weights 6 different exercises with 4 sets per exercise and then I did Jacobs ladder for 30 mins (That machine is no joke)

    I haven't even tried it yet, but from the looks on peoples' faces after they're done - no joke indeed.
