    It's day 2! What exercise have you done today? What are you planning to do?


    February is fitness month at Mobile Nations, and you know what that means? we all get together to get in shape, share tips and tricks and recipes for success, review amazing apps and accessories, give away great prizes, and have a ton of fun!

    This here is as our first contest, STEPPING UP! Every day this week there'll be a thread right here in the forums -- starting with this one! -- and all you have to do to enter to win is tell us what exercise or activity you did today. It can be walking or running, playing soccer or doing yoga, swimming or dancing -- anything that makes you move. If you have a Fitbit, Nike Fuelband, JAWBONE UP, or any gadget with a pedometer, you can simply share your results!

    At the end of each day, we'll pick one winner and give them a $20 gift certificate. How's that for motivation?!

    Haven't done it yet today, but I plan on pushing my walker all the way to the gym, wave at the classes there, and push it back to my classroom!

    Walking/Running on Treadmill for 5 miles for my C25K training. Doing a Zombie 5K Obstacle race in April and prepping for that. Waiting for my fitbit to arrive hopefully this week! and what app is better to practice running from zombies than the Zombies Run! app.

    I keep it the same each and every day! Walk for 30 on the treadmills here at work in the Fitness Center, during my lunch hour. I also slap on the running gear for additional 45 to 60 minute run when I get home!

    The weather outside today is glorious so I will be taking the dogs for a 2 mile walk, followed by a 2 mile run!

    I have my FuelBand set to 3000 FuelPoints for today.

    I walk to the train and work every day, as well as go to the gym 5-6 times a week.

    This week is all Cardio/Core/Agility for me

    Did 20 minutes on the Arc Trainer at Resistance set to 30
    2 sets of 15 set at 230lbs on Leg Press
    2 sets of 20 of Decline Russian Twists
    2 sets of 20 pushups
    2 sets of 20 crunches
    2 sets of 20 situps

    This is all done with very minimal rest in between (about 15-20 seconds)

    I'm keeping a steady pace - the goal is yesterday's. 30 minute power-walking and one hour running on the beach - the perfect way to start the day!

    It was a beautiful day - logged 2.65 miles walking at a 3.6 MPH clip. Working on eating right, moving the body and losing weight.
