    Well, I've been able to achieve the goal I set for myself, doing a good cardio workout six days of the week. Can't wait to see the week two goals tomorrow.

    I had a goal of cardio 6 days a week as well! I feel really motivated and have been doing very well! I feel great everyday, and have received numerous comments that I don't look as tired!

    Definitely meeting my goals, I have a karate lesson again tonight, that should burn off quite a bit of calories. I'm doing pretty good at sticking to my exercise everyday and eat right always routine. I've been doing it a little over a month now and I'm starting to see some real changes in how I feel and how my clothing fits!

    Got my goals for week 1. Looking forward to two but it is going to be more difficult. I have a hard time motivating myself to keep running when i get tired. Gotta push myself though.

    My goal for week one was to do a 14 minute mile. I know it's slow but I was really really slow. I made my goal. Now to cut even more time off for week two.

    How is everyone doing so far! Hope everyone is well! I seem to be doing very well! it is extremely difficult since I work In a restaurant and there is food everywhere but I take my water bottle with me everywhere! It really helps a lot!!

    With my new addiction to coffee, it's very hard not to have any sugar =(
