    So I hit the gym at 10am today for 1hr of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu grappling. With CES and Macworld, while I've been walking a ton, I've missed most of my grappling all year.

    That stops now.

    So, one day done! Still have my Superfunctional program to do tonight.

    been doing p90x2 for the last 4 weeks, dropped a pant size already and down 6 lbs.

    for apps . i tell you myfitnesspal is an awesome app to calculate what you eat. im hooked.

    What was it, how was it? " it went really good, Ussualy Take 1 Hour Cardio, Treadmill and Climbing or step Machine, and 1 Hour for weight trained, and Abd Exercise, Like Sit Up, Side Bend.. Lose 3 Kg since last 2 Month,

    I started Work out since last 1 year, lose 15 Kg, My jean Size Was 36, and Now 32-33 Suit On me, waist size was 86 now decrease To 82, I Keep Work Out to get My Body in SHape..

    For today I walk/ran 4 miles. Still slow at it. Took me an hour but its a start.

    Feb 1st I ran 3 miles on the elliptical! Also have been using a pedometer app which is neat! I do a lot of walking around at work and I walked 5000 steps!!
