    Still going strong.
I have hunkered down again and had another Diet Dr. Pepper, not all to bad though. I am still killing at least 100 oz of water a day so that is good. Still no fast food either!!!
The workout is going good as well. As to date I am down 7lbs.

going strong guys hope you are as well..

    cheat day today

altho i still won't drink soda or eat chips... those always take me back to a dark place. First its chips... then its ice cream, then soda, then before you know it... you're sitting on your *** watching tv, with a bag full of munchies. You might be loving it then... but you will feel it later lol.

My goal was to cut back on calories, mainly by avoiding soda. So far, I am doing pretty well. It has been hard to get in a rhythm of counting calories, but I have been doing great on the soda front.

I have lost 9 pounds in the first week alone. Doesn't seem much, but if I repeat (and do a little more effort) I might lose all the extra pounds and could be fit in a month. I'm really excited!

Alright, a couple days off back on the grid with Insanity workouts. Monday week three is the fitness test. This week along with the workouts I will incorporate giving up fast food. I have a good health plan that I follow but it 's been once a week where I have fast food. My goal is to make it zero days a week where I visit the McDonald's that is down the street which has made it real convenient for me when dinner is not prepared at home. Workout begins in T minus 15 mins.

Day 2 - 6 : Basic wake up and sleep routines of as many pushups and sit-ups as I could do. Had a salad everyday. Removed pop from my diet and have been increasing water intake. Its all about slowly changing your routine at first, cause you can't loose all the targeted weight or gain loads of muscle or increase your cardio / stamina from one intense day of working out, then failing to keep up with an over the top standard. Good luck everyone! Keep on keeping on!

I didnt like my results on the fitness test, I may be reacting a little harsh on myself, but a two day break will never happen again. Most important thing to remember here is that we are doing this for our health. Keep it up guys!

forgot to update yesterday i think. but my typical

    100 push ups
    150 sit ups
    100 squats

Is back in action. of course those are spread out in 4 sets lol. Also i try to do them under 15 mins

Also... not drinking soda has made me feel less lethargic and ultimately helps me with the strength exercise.

Hope everyone else is still trucking along !
