HOW TO DISABLE LOCK SCREEN ACCESS TO NOTIFICATION CENTER IN iOS 7

[INFO]As I am sure by now you have learned and found out that you can natively pull down the Notification Center from the Lock Screen and be able to see and read anything that has come in for Notifications and other items like personal agendas for the day. It is a pretty cool idea but many people might not want to have their phone just sitting there where anyone can walk by and hit your home button to access all of this information.
So you want to stop someone from getting all this info and that is fine, Would you like to disable the Notification Center from the Lock Screen? OK than let's show you how to do it. It is quite easy and will give you some peace of mind.[/INFO] Here it is...

Of course let's remember that we are talking about iOS 7 only!

    • Tap on your Settings App from your iPhone or iPad
    • Tap on the Notification Center
    • You will see under the Access On Lock Screen, You have two options for Notification View and Today View. Turn both to off to completely disable any access to the Notification Center from the Lock Screen of your iPhone or iPad.

Guess what? Yes that is all there is to it and you can always go back and enable it or customize these settings. You can also if you like to be able to see the Today View just enable it but leave the Notification option off. iOS will now act as you just customized it until you should ever decide to change it back.

This is just another tip on order to assist you in making our new OS 7 easier for you to learn and get use to the many things that are new. As Always a thank you and assist from the iMore blog for this information.

Also if you wish you can always go here and download the full PDF Manual for iOS 7 which will give you everything you could ask for in learning this new operating system.
