netflix not loading

i'm in the uk using netlfix since it's now released and i pick something and it starts loading and it never finishes it keeps loading and the blue circle just goes over and over

Which device? On your computer? your phone? your ipad? If it's on your iPad or iPhone trying deleting the app and reloading it, and make sure it's up to date. Also you could try restarting the phone.
