I have a Qualcom Quick Charger 3 (18 Watt), if I used it for charging my iPad 6th gen does it charge my iPad fast compare to the 10/12 watt charger provided in the box?

It’s possible, but I can’t say for certain because I’ve never heard of it have ever used the aforementioned quick charger.

Depends on the maximum charging current that iPad can accept, if more than the 12W charger can put out, then yes

That's a huge current to be fast charging. I think it's 18w at the limit.
