So I just installed the latest software in my iPad and there seems to be a “small” problem.
I can’t text or when I search on the App Store the keyboard does not pop up.....

Can’t take notes either. So at this point the iPad is useless since th KB doesn’t come up. Lol

Wow, must’ve been some kinda delay or glitch or something cuz now after about 30 minutes or so the PKB shows

Ok, another update. So I can now text but I still can’t go on yahoo and search nor on App Store yet. Keypad does not pop up . Only for texting. Can’t email either

Holy crap. I found the culprit. Whenever I connected this to any of my devices it took the keyboard away. I just got this today from amazon. I’ll be sending it back

It has also disabled my iPhone 7 Plus.

Only way to fix this is to connect to iTunes?

WOW, maybe it has one of those "spy chips" inside of that scanner?

I was under the impression that devices like that were made for computer use.

They are made for iPads as well. The manual wasn’t that detailed so I returned it and got another scanner . It does the same thing but at least I know why it’s doing it and how to change it.
