Is there a set movie time length by iMovie for movie uploads?

I’m not sure if this has been brought up before if so I’m sorry. I have iMovie but soft some reason it won’t let me upload longer than 15mins even though my YouTube account says I can upload past 15 mins. Thanks folks

Not sure about time length, but these are some of the best:
Videoshop.
Splice.
Cameo.
Quik.
Video Crop.
I use Videoshop a lot. But they're well under 15 minutes.

DaVinci Resolve unless you buy Final Cut Pro X. Assuming you're referring to macOS.
