My wife’s X is from mid November. It’s at 96%. My X is a few months old since I sold my 64 and got a 256. Mine is at 100%. But I don’t use this all the time either as I swap often to my s9 Plus.

My December 2017 8 plus is showing 95% last week before upgrading to 11.4.1 it was 98%. Is this normal? 8 months in and 5% down!!! This can’t be right?

Seems about right. 8 months is a long time. And a lot depends on what you do and how much you're on the phone.

Edit; wait, it has a Verizon Sim Card but I purchased it from BestBuy because it comes unlocked. Not sure if that plays a part in battery health or not.

Most of the time the phone is streaming music or a radio app last 7 days I think just one app said 47 hours background! Tbh that’s a normal week! Just like everyone else a little annoyed it’s gone down. Mrs has a iPhone 7plus about 22 months old and it gets hammered left of charge, left to go flat, screen left on, thrown around, dropped etc and hers is only on 88%. Where mine is looked after almost like a baby! Just wondered if anyone had noticed it changing after an update?

EDIT: I was thinking about getting it replaced before I sell the phone, BUT I'm thinking at 92% we are good. I will probably sell it in Sept/Oct timeframe when the successor to the iPhone X comes out. iPhone X2?

Well that sucks, well have until December I guess to see if it drops even more so will just get it looked at then if it happens!
