Battery draining more when updated to iOS 11

Hi, I have an iPhone 7 plus 128 gig. Before iOS 11 I used to get a Day and a half or sometimes 2 full days without charging. My use is not that much until it is necessary or if the work demands calls, and skype calls and whatsgroup chats. Anyway, the phone is updated to the latest iOS 11.0.3 and I heard the previous update, fixed the battery issue but I have not experienced any change yet. My phone is only taking out a day max that too on idle mode.

Is something wrong? How can I improve the battery life on iOS 11.

I think it has more to do with iOS 11 not being fully optimised yet.
I experienced battery issues as well on my 7 Plus because of iOS 11.

Wait for iOS 11.1 . Beta testers are saying that battery life has improved tremendously. Mostly it’ll be released early next week.
