    Forgive my excitement... but I remember almost a year go submitting feedback to Apple about creating a means to request support from within the device or creating an app to do so. Lol just happened to be chatting with other ambassadors and it was mentioned that one exists!!

    So, in my honest opinion (until they make it one of the stock apps), this should be one of the first apps to install on new devices.... and I'm unanimous in that!!! :P
