How To Remove Photo Album from iPhone Synched from Old PC?

I have an album on my iPhone that was synched years ago from an old PC, which I no longer have anymore.
I can't manually delete the album on my iPhone since it was synched from the PC, and yet on iTunes I can't delete the album because, well, it was from a different PC I no longer own.

Am I stuck with this album forever or is there anyway to get rid of it?

Hi, welcome to iMore.

In iTunes disable syncing of photos. Sync your device and all photos will be removed from your device, including the one you don't want. After you have confirmed the album is gone, enable photo syncing again and press sync one more time. You'll see only photos you want synced to your device.
