    Press edit on the upper right corner and than delete all.

    There is a solution for this ridiculous change in mobile hotmail. If you download a browser app (like puffin) it will load your pages in a fully functional format. Thus, your empty junk option is intact. What angers me is that these changes are done purposefully, fully intending to frustrate the users who will inevitably use Hotmail anyway. Blessings -
