Bottom of photo page says downloading, what can I do?

Bottom of photo page says downloading

Every since I got this phone about 5 month ago I swapped everything over from my old iPhone to this one the 6s and when I open my photos app and got all the way to the bottom it just says downloading and I can't get it to go away!!

Hi, welcome to iMore.

Have you tried disabling iCloud Photo Library in settings? Looks to me like your iPhone is trying to download your photos from iCloud.

You can disable iCloud Photo Library and if you like, enable it again.
