I click on the facetime app (shared with others on account) but the contacts just flash by and it seems to go right to camera. How do I just get to the contacts?

    Hi, welcome to iMore.

As far as I know there is no way to see only contacts with FaceTime enabled.
You can tap the "+" to see all your contacts, though.

If you would like to call someone via FaceTime just tap that person and see if he/she has FaceTime.

You should not share Facetime with others. You should have your own Facetime ID.
You need a separate Apple ID. That includes iCloud, iMessage, iTunes and Facetime.
