Welcome to iMore! Open the Weather app on your iPhone, tap the menu button in the bottom right corner, and tap on F.

Go to the weather app on your iPhone. Select the three horizontal bars at the bottom. You should see C and F. Select C. Both your Watch and your phone should now display the temperature in Celsius.
